Subject: Workout Plans
Hi Guys,
How is everyone going? Sorry I have not been in contact but I fractured my big toe in three places (Joy spread right on my face…. Not) so have been out of action for a few days under doctors orders since I also had a concussion.
Now down to business. I’m going to be holding a sessions this week as I have put my holiday back a week, so I am thinking Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 1pm.
Let me know who can make it and I will see you guys at then. J

Ps. Thursday will be a mixture of free weights and ciructs, Saturday will be core circuts, tour de zach stage 1 and powerbag circuit.
