Firstly I just wanted to thank Rick for the sessions he’s been doing – your enthusiasm is infectious! It’s certainly keeping the interest factor in there for me as I’m never quite sure what you’ll have us doing.
Secondly, we need to get blogging. This is coming from someone who had never blogged in her life until last week so you guys have no excuses. I will forward everyone the instructions that Rick sent me on how to blog as I had no idea that you blogged from your email account rather that the blog site.
THERE ARE POINTS TO BE HAD FOR BLOGGING and we need all the points we can get! It would be great if everyone could just blog and let us all know how they are finding the challenge so far and if people are managing to get to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, how the nutrition is going, etc. This is probably where I should confess about the 4 toffee pops I inhaled yesterday afternoon (all in a row!) but hey, at least I haven’t been drinking alcohol!
I was keen to try for extra points this month by getting to 8 different classes but I’m quickly realizing that I’ll have to get going as the month is slipping away. Anyone else keen to do this?
I have been managing to get to the gym at least 4 times each week. We get 1 point for 3 visits and 2 points for 4 or more visits – the maximum points you can get for visits per week is 2.
Good grief, anyone would think I was competitive!!
