Hi Team,
Wow, you missed a tough workout last night! My arms were shaking (not with fear, just pure pain) for most of the session. Miraculously they are still attached this morning and I can still drive, type, etc. Even managed to lift a full wine glass last night ..... got to be some reward after a tough session!
So thanks Zach for the session, look forward to the next.
Also tried Yoga for the first time ever last night. A few laughs, but lots of concentration too, walking out feeling a lot longer and calmer. I recommend you try it to get to the ‘8 different classes’ goal. How is everyone going with this?
Update for you too, I’ve managed 4 group classes so far, so only 4 to go. Have booked next week for Kick boxing (Eeek), MC2 (max workout in min time), Boxing (double eeek) and will attempt to do Latino – guaranteed laughs. Anyone else keen?
For those attending, enjoy Rick’s session this morning – quite frankly, my arms would not handle it today!
