GOOD DAY SIR/MADAM

Tel. +34 603 157 603.
Email: barrister_fernandez@lawyer.com

Good Day,

Firstly, please accept my apology for sending you this sensitive information via mail with out meeting you in person. This is due to the urgency and importance of the matter at hand. The development am about to unfold will be based on Trust, confidentiality and sincerity of purpose in order to have an acceptable meeting of the minds. I am fifty two (52) years old established lawyer. My name is Barrister. Fernandez Manuel Tomas Esq., a legal representative and personal Attorney to an expatriate and a contractor with an Independent Petroleum, Exploration & Production Oil Company - PERENCO (Now deceased) He died in the Tsunami disaster on 26th December 2004 while on vacation in Indonesia.

Seven years ago, My Client successfully executed a contract for the Spanish government worth US$16.5 million dollars. A part payment of USD8.million dollars was paid to my client, while the balance of USD8.5 million Dollars was still unpaid before my client died in the Indian Ocean Tsunami disaster. However, all my efforts to locate his next of kin proved abortive after his demise, He was not married and was 44years old.
NOW THE CRUX OF THIS LETTER is that the government of Spain is fully paying all foreign contractors who have successfully executed their contracts and my client is among those to benefit in this first quarter payment schedule, which has already been deposited with his bank. As his personal Attorney/Adviser, his bank has officially notified and instructed me to forward particulars of my client's next of kin within the next 14 official working days so that he/she can be paid the outstanding USD8.5 Million dollars otherwise his fund will be diverted to the government coffers account as unclaimed bill.

Since I have been unsuccessful in locating any of his relatives, I decided to contact you for a deal so that we can work together as a team to remit the money to your account as my client next of kin since I do not want to seat and watch my client hard earned entitlement to go astray, it will be easy for us to achieve because you are of the same country like him. Although I know that a transaction of this magnitude might make anyone apprehensive but I would like to assure you that I am proposing this project to you with the best of intensions. As an Attorney, I have the power to secure all the necessary legal documents that will be used for this claim.

All I require from you is your honest co-operation to enable us see this deal through. I guarantee that this transaction will be executed under a Legitimate banking arrangement that will protect you from any breach of law. Upon successful conclusion of this project, you will be compensated with 45% of the total fund, while 55% will be for me.
If you are interested to work with me in this deal, kindly reply strictly to my personnel Email: barrister_fernandez@lawyer.com and also give a call to my direct telephone number +34 603 157 603. as above or you can equally send a fax with your personal Telephone /fax number for effective communication and oral clarification on how to proceed next.

Kindest Regards,

Barrister. Fernandez Manuel Tomas Esq

Bonus Challenge - Viva Latin Dance

Hi guys,

Just counted up the points earned from last week and Zeus is still sitting on top with Athena following close behind them.

For this week’s Bonus Challenge we’re pulling out something that we did last year…..

Viva Latin Dance class Thursday night @ 7pm

Each team member that attends and participates in the whole class will earn 10 points. You must wear your Evolution t-shirt to earn the points, and we’ll have a dance off between one member from each team where extra points can be earned.

Although there is one more thing….you must get a photo of your team members some time during the class and post this up on the Genesis Fitness Remuera Facebook page. This needs to be done by this Sunday 31st otherwise you do not earn any points for your teams attendance.

The rules:

-          Evolution t-shirt must be worn (for those few who don’t have their t-shirts yet this does not include you)

-          You cannot be anymore than 10minutes late to the class

-          You cannot leave the class early

-          A photo of your team members participating in the class needs to be posted on Facebook by end of Sunday 31st

-          Have fun!

FYI…we’ve had a lot of Evolution members suggest some sort of challenge between each team that also includes the team captains.

We are definitely looking to do some sort of Bootcamp relay for the last Bonus round. It has not been decided yet what exactly will be involved in the challenge, but we’re looking to hold this the end of the last week on Saturday 3rd September.

We’re also in the midst of planning the party for the end of the 12 Week Challenge. This will also be on Saturday 3rd September and will be held at the Paddington in Parnell. The party was a big hit last year and a great end to the challenge and it would be great to have you all attend J

Keep up the good work!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Ye ha!!! That’s great to hear – HUGE thanks to the 2 Jo’s for their rather phenomenal results although everyone gave it their best shot and we had an amazing final score! I found it incredibly difficult and both the mind and the body let me down but I will make up for it by grabbing any other points I can.

That’s brilliant that we have climbed another notch to 2nd place. Now we have to maintain the pace and chase down that 1st place position…….it shouldn’t be too hard for warriors like us!

A reminder that it’s joker week this week so if you’re planning on using it you should plan out your classes for the month and make sure you get the full benefits from it. I used it last month but found it only really worked when I did classes that I wouldn’t normally do during the joker week. If anyone is still not sure about how it works please email and I’m happy to go over it.

According to my calendar we have Jenifer, Jo Darbyshire, Claire and Andrea away this week. Di, JoDaikin  and Sarita all head away later in the week too. Those of us still here need to head into the gym for a minimum of 4 visits to maximise everyone’s points. We won’t be getting any points for Jennifer for the next 2 weeks as she has used up her ‘away’ allowance (she has assured us that she’ll make it up to us in weight loss points at the end of the challenge – no pressure Jennifer!). Can everyone let me know how many gym visits they are going to do this week – It’s good if I can keep a record just in case we need to check anything with Anna.

Don’t forget Rick’s boot camp on Wednesday morning – I can’t believe I’m thinking about getting up at 5.30am in the school holidays! To be honest, I probably wouldn’t be but Jo Daikin convinced me I should.

Keep up the great work everyone and start planning out your 7 classes for the month.

Have fun out there

Maree

Faster than a speeding bullet....

Points, points and more points!!

Hi All

Just a gentle reminder to those that are unfortunate enough to still be in Auckland -  we should all try to do our 4 sessions this week as we have about 5 people away. If we all do 4 sessions then all those that are away also receive maximum points. Having clawed our way up from 4th to 3rd place we don't want to slip back down!

Also, remember that Sunday is the end of the 1st 4 weeks and you must have completed your 7 different classes or your joker week + 2 X 2 other classes to gain maximum points. This is what makes a big difference in the points table so it will be interesting to see what happens next week. Nearly everyone has managed to gain full points for the classes so keep up the good work and start planning ahead for next month.

Thanks for the class this morning Rick - I have to confess that I woke at 1am to the rain and wind lashing the house and prayed that I'd forgotten to set my alarm, but alas, at 5.30am that persistent beeping woke me! As Diane said though, once it's done one does feel rather smug and virtuous.

Happy exercising everyone and I hope that those that are tackling the challenge this week are strengthening those shoulder muscles!

Maree

Evolution T-Shirts Have Arrived!

Our Evolution T-shirts have finally arrived at the gym J

See one of the staff members at the gym and they’ll grab your t-shirt for you.

We may even throw in some extra points at some stage for teams wearing their t-shirts J

Keep up the good work guys!

Week 3 Bonus Challenge

This week we have a exciting challenge that involves strength and endurance. Time to put all this gym training you guys have been doing to good use!

Straight arm DB front raise hold –

5 team members must perform this exercise while a staff member times them. Depending on how long you hold the dumbbell up for, will depend on how many points you earn for your team.

The rules:

-          Bum, shoulders against the wall with head back. Feet can be a foot length away from the wall.

-          Elbows must be locked and cannot bend during the exercise

-          Women hold 3kg and men hold 7kg

-          Dumbbell must be held at shoulder height and if it drops your time is stopped

-          You must hold the dumbbell up using the correct technique and a staff member will time how long it is held for

-          For every 30seconds you will earn 5 points

-          You must make either the minute or half a minute mark otherwise you do not earn the 5 points

-          Only 5 team members are to participate

-          Challenge must be complete by Friday

Once all team members have completed the challenge, we will add up the times and you’ll earn 5points for every 30 seconds.

So amongst your teams, decide on the strongest 5 people to do the challenge and come see myself, Sia of Callum to time you for the exercise.

In case any of you are unsure of what the exercise is, I have added a photo of one of our instructors Sia performing the exercise. Sia ended up holding the dumbbell up for 2minutes and 30seconds.

Points update will be done by the end of today.

Keep up the good work guys!
