Hi team, had a great cardio session on Saturday with zach; would highly recommend getting into that. Strength training available as well. I think he’s up for this Thursday as well (4-7?) during the week. It makes sense to make good use of the time these guys are giving us; I feel like I’ve got plenty out of it already.
