Well team, you know what they say about peaking too early……..doesn’t look like we’re in danger of that 1 week in – very good strategy!
On a more personal level, my body has had a bit of a hammering this week and possibly thinks I’ve peaked too early BUT I have other plans for it.
I came into this challenge thinking it would just be a bit of fun and a way to inject some variety into my gym sessions. I’m quickly discovering that I’m prepared to push myself a lot harder than I anticipated and am feeling very competitive. It’s certainly a great way to drive us through winter!
Some of us did active fit today which was fairly challenging. Between that and Ricks session on the field I’ll be lucky if I ever gain full use of my legs again.
I hope everyone is charged up after the long weekend and ready to get out there and kick some butt this week.
