a coldie but a goodie

I think those of us (including husbands who were dragged out of bed) deserve a pat on the back for making it to the freezing cold, hard, 6am session with Rick this morning, esp knowing that we'd have to be back there at 7pm tonight to wiggle our hips!!  A couple of degrees colder and our sweat would have been freezing on our skin. For others, the plan is for a weekly 6am session on a Wednesday, starting the week after next because Rick will be away next week. Put it in your diaries. See you tonight. Jennifer
