Haven’t blogged for a couple of weeks so thought I would drop a note.
Hope all your workouts are going well, I will be away from this Thursday (08.07.2010) until the following Tuesday. Hope your all getting into the gym this week and going hard! For those who have been under the weather, eat some vitamin C and get lots of rest!
I will be available for sessions from next Thursday onwards. I would love to see more than just one person turn up if possible J
