WE'RE STILL WARMING UP.....BUT LOOK OUT NEXT WEEK!

Holy hang team – we definitely need that strategy meeting next week having just looked at the points board!! It’s only a tiny gap at this stage but we don’t want to be at the rear end of the field and we sure as heck don’t want that gap to increase any more. For those that haven’t seen the points yet Brendan’s team is winning on 145, the bottom team is on 130 and we are on 131. 14 points at this stage is nothing so long as don’t keep dropping behind.

How about a drink on Wednesday night at the Villager (unless someone has another suggestion) between 7 – 7.30pm? I’ve spoken to a few people and that night seems to work for most. If people get back to me with the dates they are going to be away I’ll try and plot it into some sort of chart so that we can have an idea of when we have to be really vigilant about gym visits.

Just to clarify the joker week and maximising the group fitness points for the month:

-          You must attend 3 different classes this week if you’re going to play the joker card

-          You must attend 7 group fitness classes in total for the month

-          They have to be 5 different group fitness classes in the month if you’re using the joker card

-          If you can’t make use of the joker week this week then you should be aiming for 7 different classes this month

So………for example, this week I’m doing pilates, yoga, and spin and sometime before the end of the 4 weeks I will do MC2 twice and Active Fit twice equalling a total of 7 group fitness classes but requiring me to only do 5 different ones.

It does take a bit of forward planning with the old diary to make sure that you are ticking all the right boxes.

What we need to keep in mind is that if everyone gains maximum points it’s 400 points!!!

By now you’ve probably guessed that I have a slightly competitive edge and far too much time on my hands at the moment!! Anyway, I hope that everyone is plugging away merrily and eating well.

Have a great week and work hard. Catch up next week.

Maree
